1. Return Policy

You can request a return under the following conditions:

1. Product is damaged at the time of delivery.

2. Product is lost in transit and not delivered.

3. Product delivered is of the wrong size.

4. Product delivered is different from what was ordered.

Conditions for Return:

Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.

2. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be initiated.

Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

If a replacement is available, you may choose between refund or replacement.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled by the customer before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

OdopMall reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances (stock unavailability, technical errors, or payment issues).

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items purchased on special sale/discount may not be eligible for return, unless defective.

Used or damaged products (not due to shipping) are not eligible for return/refund.
